Recco Limited ships from Warwick, West Midlands, to domestic destinations.
If the order is placed until 6 PM, it should be ready to be dispatched within 24 hours.

Products amounting up to £19.99 cost £2.99 per small parcel

Products amounting £20 or more to the UK postal codes are shipped for free.

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within two working days.

Shipping Time: Standard Royal Mail / Evri deliveries take 2-3 business days.
Recco Limited sends parcels to the address provided during the checkout process. We won’t be able to amend the address after the purchase is completed. Please check if all the details are correct before payment is processed.
Recco Limited does not yet ship abroad.

Return of goods
If your order arrives damaged or does not fit the description of what you ordered, then you are entitled to a refund or free of additional cost exchange.
Handmade Products - because personal care products are sensitive in nature, returns are only accepted in the case of a fault or defect. We are unable to confirm if the product has been used, which means it cannot be eligible for resale.
Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in containers, if not opened, can be return within 14 days. Recco limited is not covering the cost of shipping of the returned goods. The money refund will be processed using the details of the initial transaction within 3 days after receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s bank account is dependent on the policies and processing times of the original transaction provider.
