If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Handmade Products. As personal care items are sensitive, returns are only accepted in cases of faults or defects. We cannot confirm whether the product has been used, which means it cannot be considered eligible for resale.

Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in unopened containers can be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the initial transaction details within 3 days of receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. However, the refund process may take longer and is subject to the provider of the initial transaction.

Hand wash:

Soap bars are excellent for your hands. In addition to all the typical germ-fighting properties of soap, bar soap encourages you to create friction between your hands and the bar, which enhances its ability to eliminate dirt and bacteria.

- Wet the soap bar with water.

- Rub it between your hands to produce a lather and wash thoroughly.

- Rinse off the soap with water.

- Dry your skin with a clean towel.

Under the shower:

Apply the lather to a cloth and use it to wash. Avoid applying the soap directly to your skin. You might consider investing in a loofah, washcloth, or a soap sock to achieve more than just prolonging the life of your soap; you will also gain a gentle exfoliant that feels delightful against your skin.
