• Handmade ProductsAs personal care items are sensitive in nature, returns are only accepted in cases of faults or defects. We are unable to confirm whether the product has been used, which means it cannot be considered eligible for resale.

• Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in unopened containers can be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the initial transaction details within 3 days of receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. However, the refund process may take longer and is subject to the provider of the initial transaction.
