If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.

Handmade Products. As personal care items are sensitive, returns are only accepted for faults or defects. We cannot confirm whether the product has been used, which means it cannot be considered eligible for resale.

Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in unopened containers can be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the initial transaction details within 3 days of receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. However, the refund process may take longer and is subject to the provider of the initial transaction.
