Spring – March
Summer – June
Autumn – September

These are planned delivery periods and may vary slightly depending on production and dispatch schedules. Our soaps are handmade in small batches.

Because personal care items are sensitive, we only accept returns for faults or defects. We cannot confirm whether the product has been used, which means it cannot be considered eligible for resale.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Recco Limited as soon as possible after delivery, including photographs where appropriate, so that we can resolve the issue.

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate the delivery and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of soap or skincare products that have been opened, used, or had their protective packaging or seal removed, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Once a Gift Card has been activated and a seasonal gift has been prepared or dispatched, that part of the gift experience cannot normally be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law or where there has been an error by Recco Limited
